Description
A well-to-do couple enjoy their telescope whilst a servant trips on the family dog and falls down the stairs. A vectorization of a drawing in Doctor Syntaxs Three Tours: in search of the picturesque, consolation, and a wife, William Combe, 1868. The drawing was entitled Syntax star-gazing. The raster image was processed to remove blemishes, and contrast and colours were adjusted before vectorization.
