Sign in, search or browse the latest vectors, select one or more results, and insert them directly into the current document.

Download extension

Requires Inkscape with Python extension support and Python 3.8 or newer.

Installation

Download and extract the extension ZIP.
Copy freesvg.inx and freesvg.py into the Inkscape extensions folder.
Restart Inkscape.
Open Extensions > FreeSVG.org > FreeSVG.org Library.

Windows: %AppData%\Inkscape\extensions
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/org.inkscape.Inkscape/config/inkscape/extensions
Linux: ~/.config/inkscape/extensions

Using the extension

Log in with your FreeSVG account, search the library or load the latest uploads, select the vectors you need, and choose Insert SVG. Multiple selected results can be inserted in one operation.
