Description
This is a General Aviation Aircraft Ignition Switch. An airplane uses Magnetos, which are self-contained ignition systems which do not require any battery to provide spark to the internal combustion engine. Each aircraft has 2 magnetos, each one providing spark to a differnt set of plug wires. This increases safety and provides for better fuel burn in the combustion chamber.
